Public or Product Liability

This policy indemnify the insured against all sums which the holder shall become legally liable to pay as a result of damages in any of this scenarios: accidental bodily injury, illness or death of any person who is not in the insured’s employment, accidental loss of or damage to property of third parties, occurring in connection with the Business during the Period of Insurance and within the Geographical Location as stated in the Schedule of this policy.

Professional Indemnity

This is a policy that protects professionals from errors and omissions (E&O) that arises during the process of providing professional services to businesses. The policy reduces the liability that could arise while rendering these services.

Employers Liability

This Policy ensures that an employer or his legal representatives gets indemnifies in respect of liability imposed upon them by law for damages caused as a result of liability resulting from an accident caused or attributed to the employer but was not intentional.
We underwrite this policy through our Insurance Company as a contingency plan to the Employee Compensation Scheme as it covers such liabilities which are not covered under the Employee Compensation Scheme.

Directors and Officers Liabilities

The policy covers the company Directors of the insured, their Executives, and Administrators for acts of negligence, error or omission committed during the period of this policy. We ensure the payment of loss that is attributable and caused by each insured to the extent that the company has indemnified the insured.

Contractual Liability

This policy is ideal for cooperate bodies or individuals that want to mitigate the risk of acting as referral or taking responsibility for a third party. It is also known as an Indemnity agreement which is a promise made by a party to assume the liability or responsibility of someone else through a contract.
