Sam Sunday  Adefila was born in Iloffa, Kwara State, Nigeria, in 1949. He received a BSc (Chemistry) degree from the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) in 1973, MSc (Chemical Engineering) between ABU and Twente University, The Netherlands from 1975 to 1977 and PhD (Chemical Engineering) from the University of Salford, England, in 1983.

He joined the ABU in 1974 from where he rose to the rank of Professor in 1990. He taught in the core areas of Physical and Chemical Kinetics and Thermodynamics, and researched and consulted in the areas of Energy and Environmental Management and Process Development. Besides teaching, he supervised over one hundred undergraduates and over forty postgraduates. He also served as Head of Chemical Engineering, Dean of Engineering, Chair of Committees on University, Professional and Public platforms, and Chair of endowed Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF). His key development in the PTDF Chair was zeolites from kaolinite clay, for petroleum refining and other industrial and domestic uses.

Oluwatosin Adeyemi Adefila was a Chief Financial Officer at ILF Nigeria Limited, a financial consulting firm prior to joining Risk Banners Insurance Brokers. He is responsible for financial relationships, overall quality and performance of the products and services. Mr. Adefila brings an experience of over 10years centered round budgeting and expense control, control of cash flow, Shareholders relations, corporate finance, and business planning.

He has vast experience with the foreign exchange market and risk aversions associated with the market.

He holds a Bsc in Chemical Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State. 

Is a Masters Degree holder in Chemical Engineering from University of Benin in 1997. He is a Certified Lead Auditor for Quality Management System (ISO 9001 QMS), Advanced Auditor for Environmental Management System (ISO 14001 EMS), System Implementer:Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001) and a Trained Health Impact Assessment Professional (HIAP) by San Francisco Department of Health. EMS Lead Auditor, HIA Practioner Training.

Engr. Bello lectured at Federal University of Technology, Yola, and went further to work with MORPOL Engineering Services in Kaduna and Lagos. He became a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers in 2012. He is also a member of International Association for Impact Assessment (IAIA), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Institution of Chemical Engineers (UK), and Nigerian Environmental Society (NES).

He joined EEMS Limited in 2001 as a Technical Director and went on to become the Chief Operating Officer in 2008 up till date. He has managed several projects on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Environmental Audits (EAu) as well as Pollution Monitoring within the country, to mention a few. He is happily married with children. 

Niyi obtained his Higher National Diploma in Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo in year 2002 and he is currently at the last stage of his qualifying examination. Niyi started his insurance career in 1999 with Oriwu Insurance Brokers Limited as Underwriting Clerk and left in Year 2001 to join Peace Castle Insurance Brokers Limited as Underwriting Manager and later joined Ideal Insurance Brokers Limited as Manager-Control Office where he oversees the technical department. In 2009, Niyi joined Fountain Insurance Brokers Limited as Business Development Manager and Underwriting; he has extensive experience in Insurance Underwriting and Claims Management.

Niyi is a member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance Nigeria.

Yetunde Alale joined Risk Banner Insurance Brokers in 2010 to establish and implement human resources strategies and programs that support the company’s mission, goals and culture. In addition to managing new strategies, she oversees all human resources-related activities and provides comprehensive staff support. Prior to joining the company, Yetunde worked as HR and Admin Manager for The BIG Group, where she led a team in the recruitment of start up staff and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Previously, Yetunde was also a Centre Manager for M4TC, a UK based tranning company where she was responsible for staff training and development, succession planning and competencies modeling. Ezime Tunde Imoyo is a graduate of Economics from the University of Essex, He is a strategist and very experienced in business development and has had stints at Grassavoye Insurance Brokers and Willis Tower Watson. He specializes in oil and gas, construction all risks and complex risk management projects. He brings to bear all these experiences in running our business development team.
